RV-6 wing tanks

Your RV-6 tanks will be built and sealed with all of the quality and precision that only comes from having built hundreds of them.  We will build them either from the parts in your kit that you send us (see the RV-6 parts list), or we can order the necessary parts from Van's aircraft for you if you don't have them already. You pay only our cost for parts, no markup, plus shipping. 

We charge $1100 labor per pair of tanks that come to us pre-punched for rivets. We charge $1200 labor per pair of tanks that are not pre-punched. We charge $650 labor for a single tank.

All Tanks are built to the standard non-aerobatic configuration unless otherwise specified. We can install the aerobatic modifications for $50 per tank, plus parts (flop tube). Most often, builders elect to install these modifications in one wing only.

All tanks will be drilled and set up for Stewart Warner sending units unless otherwise arranged in advance. Capacitance sending units can be installed for an extra $50. labor, plus parts.

Crating charges are $75 per tank, plus actual UPS shipping charges.
